Thursday I ran an 8.4 miler @ a about 6:50 - 6:55 pace (more likely 6:55 pace). Didn't feel all that great. I felt like I was really moving faster. I was running in to a annoying wind from mile 2-4 and 5-5.75. I was pretty dead throughout the day so I did the following on...
Friday: 3.1 miles easy on the treadmill @ the Y. Did 25 minutes @ 7:40. It felt great to do something so easy and not feel tired @ all. I'm guessing my legs will feel a little more fresh tommorow.
