Felt ok. 7:25 pace. Seems to be a trend here. I need to pick it up on my next couple of long days. I don't want to be one of those folks who runs the same dang speed everyworkout. I think I'm going to try to hit sub 6:30 on my next long run. Maybe take it nice and easy one day and then pack in a 10 miler @ sub 7:00 pace or faster. I don't know yet. If I were feeling up to hit I could hit 50 miles this week. Maybe not.
