Should probably run slower and less distance tomorrow. 7:30 for 3 miles maybe?

5.5 miles @ 6:40 pace. Treadmill. Felt OK. This is a long for me now since I've only been running for 2 1/2 weeks.

Tuesday 3.5-3.75 miles. Probably around 7 min. pace.

Monday: Ran 3.25 miles-ish 7 min pace.

Sunday 4 Miles : 1 mile 7:02. The rest around 6:15-20 pace. Ran in 26:10
