We had our first nice, sunny day in over a week yesterday. It's been all rain and/or clouds lately. Unfortunately I had to work yesterday but today I don't and it supposed to be nice today as well.
I spent Friday night ripping out walls at Ken's house. Apparently his insurance agent said he had to tear the walls out up to between 2-4 feet higher than where the water level got to so he could spray bleach to kill any possible mold from formulating. The reason for this is that their agent or adjuster, or whatever hist title is, said their flood insurance doesn't cover mold. We weren't exactly sure that this was correct, but Ken figured he better be safe. The insurance folks have been less than up front. When Marnie, Ken's wife, first called their insurance company they told them that their flood insurance wouldn't cover the flood because of some clause. In the next day or two the insurance company called back and totally changed their story so now they are going to get some help. They had two vehicles that are now totaled as well and did have comp.
On Tuesday night I spent the evening in the basement of Ken's house shoveling mud in to a 5 gallon bucket. It didn't feel like we got much done as once we were done there was still a lot of standing water and it didn't look much different down there once we were done.

Anyway, in other news, Cherity is super tired and needs lots of naps. She has puked once from queeziness. We're both hopeful that doesn't happen as much as it did for the first two pregnancy's. Time will tell.
It's early right now but not early enough. Seb is up and talking up a storm and demanding all sorts of stuff from Cherity... breakfast, a boys movie, his car (a toy). He got a lot of sleep last night so his batteries are fully charged.
I guess I better go help out.
