Seb has gone from being in a lot of pain to jabbering away and actually being down right feisty. His digestive system started working today which is good. We took him for a walk and got him to walk around a little himself which was short lived but good to get his body moving. There were a lot of friends here to visit today but Seb shied away and covered his eyes with his hands whenever anyone asked him any questions. That's OK though. Cherity and I needed the interaction. There's a good chance we'll get to go home tomorrow. I'll be able to post some pictures here of our quaint little visit to the hospital then.
Seb's been moving around in the bed as if there's nothing wrong with him. It's really been crazy how God can let those little bodies heal themselves so quickly. There's a long ways to go and I can see now it's going to be hard in the future weeks to keep him from rough-housing while his spleen repairs itself.

I have been going crazy not being able to talk to you, Cherity, and Aaron I guess. I saw that you left a message on my phone on Thursday noonish but I accidentally deleted it. Then Megan called me to see if I had heard anything and then she told me what had happened. I can't belive it. I called quite a few times and finaly got the message when your phone was turned off otherwise I drained out the battery. Sorry. A couple of people have called me to ask how things are going. I just told them the basics. I couldn't remember Aaron's blog address to get some updates, I tried to do a google search but a ton of other things came up. Finaly Mark thought to call Dave H and let me know. (We are in Albert Lea this weekend) I feel like I can't be there for you guys. I feel so terrible, if there is ANYTHING you need please let us know. We are coming back to town Monday afternoon. CALL ME!! (if you have time.)
Thoughts & Prayers

We're glad to hear things are getting better by the day! If you guys need anything, let us know.
Wow. All I can think of saying is Praise God! Sebby's jabbering is the sweetest thing I've heard you say yet. I can't wait to give him a big hug come Thanksgiving. (Okay sisters...gentle hug :)). Anyway...Jon and I both had a chance to share the miracle of Sebby's story. Jon to our Sunday School class this morning and myself to several other friends at church as well. Things like this change all our perspectives on things. They are the truest proof that God is alive and that he intercedes on our behalf. It's a working on our spiritual side, which causes us to go to Him, which is exactly what He wants us to do.
That's how it affected me anyway.
Mountains of love and our continued prayers for you,

Yeah! Love to hear he seems to feel better.
Found a little "prayer path" today (behind a church near us) - and sent a few up to the Big Man from there.
Wish we could be there to give you hugs ....
love, sis h.
Wonderful to read your blog about Seb's improvement!! Lots of people at church asked about him. Lots of prayers too. God is so good! Hope you and Cherity are getting rest.
Love to you and your precious family...
Hey, it's Mary McDougall, from Emmaus Bible College. I just want you to know I'm praying for you. I'm praying that Sebastian will recover fully.
Lots of love in Christ Jesus,
Mary
