Sebastian can't keep anything down. Thursday Night he started puking. Probably puked 15 times Thursday night and Thursday. His B. Movements totally stunk too. We brought him to the E.R. because he wouldn't drink anything Friday and he was really lethargic and dry mouthed and he didn't produce tears when crying. The doctor took some blood tests and checked him out. His breathing was fine. His heart rate was high and the blood work was a little funky but nothing to be too concerned about (I guess). They put him on an I.V. and he started to perk up a little bit. He's back to drinking a lot, but he keeps puking it all up and he's pooping (diarrhea) a lot too:(. It totally sucks. He's got a bandage on his little hand where they stuck him for the I.V. All this makes me immediately miss him making huge messes; being obnoxiously loud; writing on walls; splashing a huge mess in the bath tub; jumping on me when I'm not expecting it; running around the house naked; dumping his food all over the floors, furniture, and himself. I'm praying that he gets better soon.
Owen is sick too but he isn't lethargic at all. Cherity's whole family will be up in Luck this weekend and we were going to go. I told Cherity to go and leave Seb and me home since we couldn't bring Seb up there. Cherity is feeling really guilty about going but I'd rather her go and do that than have her and Owen be at home feeling left out because they were soo looking forward to going.
As far as running goes. I ran again on Thursday for 3.6 miles @ about 6:40 pace. Ran around the big Lake. My knee hurts and some of the pain seems to be a little more concentrated on the inside of my kneecap. My schedule, if my body can take it, looks like it might be something like. Run, two days off, run, two days off and so on. I bike to work too and plan on doing more of the biking as the weather gets better to supplement my running.
On a blog note. Cherity will be getting our digital camera this weekend and I will be able to blog pictures again. WOO HOO!!
