9 miles 64 minutes with 4 strides. Progression run with Ave. pace 6:53/mile.
This brings the weekly mileage (Mon-Sun) to 38 miles. Should I go for forty next week? I know I'm pushing it. Only my body will know the right answer to this question. If I get to 50 miles earlier than I think, I should probably stay for there for a long time to strictly work on quality. I'm getting way ahead of my self.
First 4 miles pace 6:59.
Last 4 recorded miles 6:47 pace.

Felt pretty good considering it was my first time @ that distance. Tommorow's run will be an easy short run 4-5 miles) and will most likely not be enjoyed.
