Good Morning

Sorry again that I haven't written more. Things have been going well here. The weathers been nice. A few days in the eighties. Not much else. Cherity and I have been working out at the fitness place a lot which can get a little addictive after a while. I think after you first start seeing some mild results you get to wanting to do it more. Anyway, I've been working out mostly over my lunch break. I go in a little early and stay a little late so I can extend my lunch a little. It works out well.

Cherity has been hooking up with other Denver area home schooling moms so the boys have had lots of chances to play with other little boys. She's also been looking at signing Owen up for one day a week of school at this Denver options school. I guess it's geared for home school parents as a supplement for their regular curriculum. I haven't read the details on it but it seems neat that the school districts are doing things to support home schooling. I suppose it makes since to do that. It's hard to get any funding if you don't offer them anything. Some is better than none I guess. The day of school doesn't cost anything. Also, I think Cherity told me that you can go to the school to learn about the things that the kid is interested. i.e. rockets...etc...

Last weekend we didn't go to far. We did however go for about a 20 mile bike ride in the city. There is a group of trails that's part of the South Suburban Trail System. they go on forever and it the view is not city at all. I especially like it because it's the closed thing that I've found that remotely reminds me of the Midwest. The trail we took followed a large stream and went past a lot of very expensive houses but in some areas you would never guess that you were in the middle of Southern Denver. It's been truly fun but we need to get Owen a bigger bike. He can't keep a steady pace on his existing bike because it's too small and he and Seb are getting too big for the trailer. Seb's OK in it but Owen's starting to get really cramped. Even though he doesn't really complain we need to do something different for him.

Work's been good. Can't complain there. Our rental house is only a mile work so I usually bike to work. We're getting in to testing the new system which is nice to get our hands on it. This whole project has been quite an experience.

We still haven't sold our house. I did get a voice mail from our realtor which was at least hopeful (most of the ones in the past haven't). There was some folks who came back to look at the house and there was another couple that, I was told, also seemed interested. Hopefully June will be a good month.

By the by I have vacation from July 17th to the 28th so we will be in northern and and southwestern Wisconsin (and probably Winona) during that time. There's talk about Chicago too. Hopefully I'll see a lot of family and friends then.
