Wow, what a beautiful Sunday. It's amazing how in wonder I am when it finally happens. The temperature reached 80 degrees yesterday and we spent most of our day outdoors. We went to church and then I took Molly and the boys down to the river while Cherity took a short nap (wasn't feeling too great). After that we all drove across the river to the National Wildlife preserve and took a walk, tried catching frogs, explored, saw an otter in the wild (that's a first for me), and pushed Owen's new bike towards the end of our walk because he got too tired to ride it.

Seb, not pleased about getting his picture taken.

After our excursion to the reserve we went for a drive and then stopped and got ice cream at a local place called the Penguin Zesto and drove home and sat on our stoop for a while. Owen and I then went to Fleet Farm to see what canoes were out this year and then we headed to the river again with Molly and Owen's friend Matt. Owen crashed his bike and skinned his knees pretty good but didn't cry and then Matt, Owen, and I played fetch with Molly and did other boy stuff.

After we got home. Owen and Seb played in the dirt in Matt's front yard while Cherity and I sat on our stoop. Cherity read and I just sat there watching the clouds roll by.

A good day.

That looks so peaceful. A couple of those pictures look good enough to frame...even the frog!!

Maybe not the frog - but it's interesting.
