I took Molly out this morning for a walk. It's been three weeks. I haven't had the desire to do that since I've been teaching the classes. I left with two tennis balls and came back with one. Molly and I lost the other one in the snow. These tennis balls are getting expensive. Molly's asleep now and Cherity will be pleased with me. Yay.-------------------------
I had my second class yesterday and the day before. I should take a few courses on education or something in regards to connecting with your listener. It went OK. Still much improvement to be had. The class went a little too fast. It's like pulling teeth to get people to interact. I was a bit successful a few times and everyone was gracious in their evaluation forms. Too gracious. I had asked everyone to think about what could make the class better and to write that down in the comments of their eval and no one really gave me much to go on except to break the class in to two separate classes... one for beginners and one for advanced. Oh well. I'm glad it's over. Have to do it again in less than two weeks. That gives me one work week to improve. Wish I had more time.
The most interesting part about the whole class thing is I'm required to take the folks out for dinner the night after our first day of class. We go to the greenmill and everyone sits around and has a few beers and you get to know some of them. That's probably the best part of the class. Getting to know the stories of all these people from around the midwest and other parts of the country. Everyone has a good life story once you get to talking to them for long enough.

Aaron,
I love having a good laugh in the morning! Great pictures of Cherity and the boys, too. Really dear-all. You've been blessed.
