Northern Wisconsin

Up at the in-laws today. They have some beautiful land.. about 14 wooded acres with trails and all...

Chad and I took a walk outside to dump some corn for the deer and then again to let the boys get out. It was a really cool night. There was a crisp bite to the air but for some reason wasn't cold enough to be unbearable. The moon is almost full, the sky was clear and the sillouhettes of trees were abrupt. The moon gave off a cool blue hue that allowed us to maneuver through the frosted leaves and rocks without much worry. We thought we heard a coyote howl. Chad said he didnt' think coyotes howl but was probably just a dog. We then wondered if there were any wolves up here. Chad thought there were. We both kneww that there are bears up here. A while back while Cherity was up here she left a window half way down and a Bear shattered a window. We weren't too worried last night though, we had three dogs with us and one of those dogs was Molly, so if a bear confronted us Molly could lick it to death.

Even though it's December 2nd, were here to celebrate Thanksgiving due to actual turkey day conflicts last week.
