And to I... the intelligent reader this magazine that would like me to subscribe has as it's selling line:
"If you're more concerned about living a valuable life than assuring youself an afterlife, I'd like to make you one HELL of an offer...." I could see how many could be attracted to this line, but they do go further.
... from reading other selling points we see that some of their topics are as such:
"The rise of hatred-encouraging, fear-enducing propaganda in best-selling "Christian literature" ... No hatred by the writer towards Christians in that statement.
I guess that Tim Lahaye is quite a bastard! (Yes they do mention him by name along with some muslim clerics). Maybe he is, I don't know. But I'm definitely not reading "Left Behind" now.
I never knew their was a magazine out there who's main purpose was to attack, (actually I would have to say it's more ridicule than attack from the brochures I received) Christians, the Christian Church and many of the ideas of Christians or believers. Ideas like Heaven, Hell, the Devil. They also seem to group anyone believing in any sort of God in to one group... It also appears there is no place on earth for believers or those of faith. That's interesting stuff. Stuff I didn't know.
Anyway, I can't wait to get my first issue. It's gonna be great! (Yes Mom, I'm just kidding.)
