Just received a call from my wife saying that her sister Robin had her baby. I got the call @ about 7 AMand she had just had the baby @ 5:00 AM. The plan was to have the baby @ home with her midwife. The midwife got there @ 6:00.... Yeah, she wasn't there for the birth. I guess she had the baby in some sort of tub and her husband, Chad, and Cherity, and Robin and Cherity's parents helped. I'm not sure who pulled the baby out but they just put the baby on Robin's chest until the midwife got there to cut the chord. Isn't that crazy?!? Actually what's crazy is me thinking it's crazy when that is way more natural than 3 days in a hospital hooked up to a bunch of machines and all drugged up to the point where you can't feel or remember your own child's birth. I guess we get conditioned by society as to what is right, or normal, or correct. This is a good example of that. Congratulations Robin and Chad!!!!
No, I don't know the weight, length, and all that. I was just told that the new baby looks somewhat like Eli (elder brother) but with lighter hair. I'll be getting pictures soon so I'll let you know.

Hi Aaron,
Just read your post on my blog and had to laugh. Fun. Thank you for doing that because it's nice to know how it works
Mom
It bothered me that it said 1 comments. (plural)How can 1 be plural - so ...
Dad and Lucas are on their way "up north" for the visit/golfing thing. Lucas' tooth came out last eve. Not good timing. Anyway- now it IS plural.
Isn't Lucas tooth supposed to be removable? or did he lose it?
Nope. It came off of the thing it was attached to...so that it was in 2 pcs.
About Sat. blog...Murrie read it too and said that Labs are "water dogs".
Don't people take them hunting and they go fetch? Labrador Retrievers -I guess - have that built in, a?
