Workout summary

26.88 miles for the week.
Ran 35 minutes @ 6:58 mile pace (1.0 slope) for a total of 5 miles. Was going to run outside this morning but there was a 1/8" of plate ice on the sidewalks and roads so I opted for self preservation. Lifted weights @ noon. Instead of resting between reps, I did reps for a different muscle group. Definitely more taxing that way. My figures for 33.5 miles were off because I forgot about my day off and was counting in 8 days for the week. So I guess I'm only @ about 27 miles per week pace. This is a good thing. For some reason that does'nt seem as crazy. I might do a super easy run on sat instead of taking off and then take monday off. Monday's would be a more sensible day to take off just because it's a weekday and I have more time on Saturdays.

Lifting included
Bench 115 10x2 and 8x1
Arm curl 70lbs (35/arm) 10x3 per arm.
Tricep extension. 75 lbs? 10x3.
Lat. pull down 84lbs 10x3.
Shoulder press. 60lbs 10x3.
Butterfly press. 75lbs? 10x3.
Goal. For Bench: 200lb max by April 15th. Tax day.
I pooped out on just about every lift except arm curls, doing 10x2 and then dropping the weight so I could do 10 of a specific weight. I'm still feeling my way out on this stuff. I'm still enjoying it though so I'll keep at it.
